About Raebeth
As a teacher, it was natural for me to look for the lessons in a difficult situation.
My first instinct was to research and read all I could about my diagnosis and what I could do to fix it. As the journey became more difficult, I learned more spiritual lessons. How to accept help. How to accept people for who they are. How to accept feeling and looking awful. How to fight for my life using my attitude. My work in a hospice home has taught me even more grace and gratitude.
I share these lessons by sharing my journey with a few tears and lots of laughter.

Self Care is the Key to Health, Wealth and Happiness
Take care of yourself and everything else will work itself out. It is an inside out job that looks different for everyone but there are some common themes. The first is mindset. I am doing this for me. I am also doing this so I can show up as the best version of myself for the people around me. The second is movement. How can I move my body in a way that feels good and right for me. The third is what do I put in or on my body. Is it helping or hurting? It is an ongoing process that we are always tweaking, reevaluating and learning new things. We show gratitude for things when we take good care of them. When we take good care of things they shine and blossom. Let’s learn how to show some gratitude for life!
